Supports end-to-end financial operations, including invoicing, payment application, collections, refunds, account reconciliation, customer account management, tax documentation, fraud-risk review, petty cash, supplier setup, and daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. The role resolves billing discrepancies, maintains audit-ready records, responds to customer inquiries, and supports accurate and compliant auction business transactions in an onsite office and warehouse environment.

Manage and grow a portfolio of government and public-sector accounts using the GovDeals online auction platform. Responsibilities include client onboarding, training, support, utilization growth, account re-engagement, listing quality review, presentations, and collaboration with sales teams. The role involves onsite asset cataloging, description gathering, photography, conferences, and extensive travel within an assigned territory while maintaining strong client relationships.
