Leads a distributed engineering organization responsible for the architecture, delivery, security, reliability, and modernization of a multi-tenant SaaS marketplace. Oversees engineering talent, roadmap planning, software quality, cloud and deployment practices, incident response, technical debt, client implementations, vendor relationships, and platform scalability. Partners with product, sales, security, infrastructure, and client services while guiding architecture decisions and strategic customer engagements.

Develops new public-sector business for virtual real estate auction services by prospecting government agencies, building relationships with decision-makers, delivering presentations and demonstrations, managing opportunities in HubSpot, and advancing sales through follow-up and proposals. The role partners cross-functionally, monitors market and regulatory trends, identifies strategic partnerships, represents the company at industry events, and requires frequent territory travel.

Develop new software business across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments. Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution positioning, demonstrations, negotiation, and closing. Build and manage qualified pipeline, maintain accurate HubSpot forecasts, develop account strategies, engage decision-makers, collaborate cross-functionally, and provide market feedback. Help refine sales messaging, qualification standards, outbound strategies, and go-to-market processes in a growing business.
