Own contract manufacturer relationships, drive COGS reduction via BOM and production engineering, implement quality systems, qualify backup CM in SEA, establish global logistics and customs compliance, build a China operations team, and create SOPs, KPIs, and reporting.

Lead delivery of next-generation cleaning robots from prototype to production. Manage sprint planning, cross-functional coordination (autonomy, software, mechanical, embedded), risks, validation gates, NPI handovers, launch plans, and P&L. Drive stakeholder communication, resource allocation, and transition to sustaining teams to ensure on-time, high-quality product releases.

Develop behavior, planning, and control systems for autonomous cleaning robots including behavior tree architectures, global and local planners, and controllers. Ensure real-time performance, integrate with SLAM/perception, build simulation and real-world test pipelines, document implementations, and explore advanced methods like reinforcement-learning-based planning.

Develop and maintain ROS-based sensor drivers and the communication bridge between ROS and MCU-based embedded control. Optimize driver performance, debug interfaces (CAN/USB/UART/I2C/SPI), implement robust protocols and bootloader update pipelines, and own end-to-end integration and testing for robot hardware-software interfaces.

Lead end-to-end contract manufacturing across multiple Guangdong CMs: negotiate commercial terms, reduce unit costs, qualify and onboard CMs, enforce IQC/OQC and SPC quality systems, manage ECNs and NPI ramps (EVT/DVT/PVT), maintain dual-sourcing, and build CM governance, dashboards, and supplier scorecards to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.

Lead electrical design, validation, and production readiness for robotics hardware. Own PDBs, wiring harnesses, batteries, chargers, and compliance testing. Drive prototyping to production, support manufacturability, troubleshoot in lab/factory/field, and produce version-controlled schematics and documentation while collaborating with mechanical, firmware, and production teams.

Serve as highest-level field hardware expert for robots: resolve escalations within SLAs, perform deep root-cause analysis, drive corrective actions, analyze failure trends, maintain documentation, train L1/L2 engineers, support ECNs and production transitions to improve reliability.

Lead development of the robotics perception stack: select/evaluate sensors, perform sensor calibration, develop computer vision and sensor-fusion algorithms (2D/3D), implement point-cloud feature detection/tracking, integrate perception with navigation/localization, and produce robust C++ software.

Support development, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of robotic electrical subsystems. Assist with wiring, harness assembly, battery and charger testing, test setup, data recording, prototype builds, and cross-discipline system integration while documenting results and following safe practices.

Design and implement behavior trees, global and local planners, and controllers for autonomous cleaning robots. Collaborate with SLAM and Perception teams, optimize real-time performance for embedded hardware, develop tests and documentation, and explore advanced methods such as reinforcement-learning-based planning for multi-floor navigation and docking.

Lead and scale the SDR engine globally across inbound qualification, outbound prospecting, dealer recruitment and event follow-up. Build and enforce HubSpot and Klenty processes, own qualification and handover of end-customer and dealer opportunities, coach SDRs, partner with Marketing/Sales/Operations and monitor campaign quality. Deliver weekly reporting and ensure disciplined CRM and cadence execution to progress or close dealer prospects and define customer opportunities before sales handover.

Design and build cloud-native backend microservices and distributed systems to orchestrate a global fleet of robots. Develop real-time APIs and data pipelines, drive DevOps and infrastructure-as-code, ensure observability, resilience, security, and compliance (ISO27001, SOC2, GDPR) for production systems at scale.

Own and build a streaming-first data platform for high-volume IoT telemetry: ingestion, medallion modeling (bronze/silver/gold), semantic metrics layer, data quality, observability, database architecture, self-serve analytics, and LLM-friendly tooling. Drive roadmap, dashboards, and rapid operational insights across a global robot fleet.
