Manage Singapore office operations and vendor relationships, coordinate end-to-end CEO international travel, produce a bi-weekly internal newsletter, handle CEO-office logistics correspondence, and leverage AI tools to improve workflows for a 250-person, multi-country organization.

Design and implement sensor-fusion 2D/3D mapping and reliable real-time localization for autonomous indoor cleaning robots. Merge and maintain lifelong maps, optimize algorithms for ARM-based embedded systems and real-time execution, and lead technical reviews while mentoring junior engineers using Modern C++, ROS/ROS2, and Python. Handle edge cases like glass walls, featureless corridors, and dynamic environments.

Design and implement behavior trees, global and local planners, and controllers for autonomous cleaning robots. Collaborate with SLAM and Perception teams, optimize real-time performance for embedded hardware, develop tests and documentation, and explore advanced methods such as reinforcement-learning-based planning for multi-floor navigation and docking.

Own and deliver dealer training, certification, and enablement content to ensure dealers are sales-ready. Build and launch a dealer playbook, run a dealer certification program to 100% active dealer certification, and produce monthly competitive intelligence briefs. Iterate quickly and operate independently across diverse dealer personas.

Lead design and development of mission-critical firmware for STM32-class microcontrollers, create low-level drivers and middleware (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, Modbus, USB, Ethernet), tune real-time control loops for motors and BMS, own bootloader/OTA lifecycle, build test jigs and CI/CD workflows, ensure safety-standard compliance, and mentor junior engineers.

Own the autonomy application layer: integrate and tune navigation modules (SLAM, perception, planning, control, behaviors), resolve field bugs, deliver hotfixes, validate software quality, produce playbooks and SOPs, train support teams, and build debugging and monitoring tools for robots deployed across diverse customer sites.

Expand LionsBot's presence in Japan by developing channel partners and managing key accounts. Onboard and train dealers, lead product demonstrations and tender pursuits, coordinate localized marketing, gather market and competitor intelligence, and represent the company at trade shows.

Lead channel development and direct enterprise sales across the DACH region: manage and expand strategic partners, onboard certified partners, win and grow named multi-site accounts, govern channel rules, maintain CRM and forecasts, represent the company at events, and feed market insights to product teams.

Own contract manufacturer relationships, drive COGS reduction via BOM and production engineering, implement quality systems, qualify backup CM in SEA, establish global logistics and customs compliance, build a China operations team, and create SOPs, KPIs, and reporting.

Lead LionsBot's European commercial organization with full P&L ownership: build and scale a dealer network, win enterprise key accounts, design CRM and pipeline systems, hire and coach a lean sales team, manage hardware-specific commercial operations (lead times, inventory, demo fleets), and present a global commercial strategy to the Board.
