Own the top of the hiring funnel: proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and job boards; conduct first-round phone/video screens; maintain ATS pipeline records; meet sourcing targets; build role-specific sourcing strategies and deliver a professional candidate experience before passing qualified candidates to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Design and develop embedded hardware systems including PCB layout, schematic capture, BOM creation, and component selection. Integrate hardware and software, optimize performance, ensure compliance and manufacturability, participate in testing/debugging, mentor junior engineers, and produce documentation to support certification and production.

Lead and scale the SDR engine globally across inbound qualification, outbound prospecting, dealer recruitment and event follow-up. Build and enforce HubSpot and Klenty processes, own qualification and handover of end-customer and dealer opportunities, coach SDRs, partner with Marketing/Sales/Operations and monitor campaign quality. Deliver weekly reporting and ensure disciplined CRM and cadence execution to progress or close dealer prospects and define customer opportunities before sales handover.
