Designs and builds scalable systems for collecting, storing, and analyzing university data. Implements and maintains a data lake, readies data environments for AI, ensures security and governance, provides technical support, develops data transformation/validation algorithms, and participates in system upgrades and project implementation.

Process assigned payrolls accurately and on time, manage time and attendance in Workday, handle payroll adjustments and off-cycle checks, maintain multi-state tax compliance, prepare tax forms and reports, audit timecards, support employees and approvers with timekeeping, and develop/update payroll SOPs.

Teach undergraduate and graduate social work courses and supervise field placements; advise and mentor students; engage community partners; participate in scholarship, faculty governance, and service. Deliver courses in-person and online, maintain knowledge of CSWE accreditation, and support program administration.

Provide financial aid counseling and administrative support for federal, state, and institutional programs. Advise students and families, process FAFSAs, verifications, ISIR issues, award and adjust aid, ensure compliance, coordinate with campus departments, and support audits and outreach events.

Manage and maintain GIS lab resources, mentor student researchers, support faculty and external partners, deploy and troubleshoot Esri tools and remote sensing software (ENVI), support GeoAI research, develop training modules, and compile project data and reports.

Administers university classification and compensation programs: conducts market salary research and pay equity analyses, manages Workday and Adaptive Insights position control, reviews job descriptions and FLSA status, approves hires and salary offers, audits compensation practices, prepares compensation communications, supports leaders with data analysis, and leads compensation-related projects and training.

Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in management (operations, supply chain, project management, analytics); deliver four 3-credit courses per semester; advise and mentor students; engage in scholarship and service; participate in curriculum and program design; teach online when needed and support departmental governance.

Process and manage financial transactions for Campus Operations including expense reports, petty cash, requisitions (≤$1,000), supplier invoices, and status updates. Provide administrative support to directors and vice presidents, coordinate procurement-related orders (beverage/catering), and serve as initial contact for Campus Operations guests and stakeholders.

Develop and manage long-term industry partnerships to drive student enrollment growth. Generate qualified leads, procure partnership agreements, coordinate engagement events, track outcomes, collaborate with campus stakeholders, and create marketing materials to support enrollment objectives.

Teach doctoral-level Educational Leadership courses (four 3-credit courses/semester), advise and mentor students, chair/serve on dissertation committees, engage in scholarship and service, participate in faculty governance, and support online and on-campus program delivery. Maintain currency in the field and contribute to program and university initiatives.
