Supports University Advancement operations through budgeting, financial reconciliation, gift processing, donor and alumni record maintenance, reporting, payroll deductions, recurring gifts, and acknowledgment activities. Coordinates logistics for meetings, events, campaigns, stewardship initiatives, and donor engagement. Serves as a constituent contact, manages confidential information, tracks communications and training, and collaborates with development, stewardship, engagement, leadership, university departments, and external agencies.

Supports daily video production for Division I athletics broadcasts and academic productions. Coordinates pre-production scheduling, staffing, and production elements; supports live multicamera broadcasts; performs control room duties such as technical directing, audio, and camera shading; communicates with network control personnel; and trains student operators. The role requires flexible availability for nights, weekends, outdoor production, remote athletics facilities, equipment setup, and physically demanding work.

Leads university-wide grants and research development strategy, identifies funding opportunities, oversees complex proposal development and sponsored-project activities, and strengthens faculty and student research participation. Manages research compliance, IRB oversight, internal funding programs, policies, metrics, partnerships, and relationships with sponsors and government agencies. Advises university leadership and provides guidance throughout the research funding lifecycle.
