Designs and builds scalable systems for collecting, storing, and analyzing university data. Implements and maintains a data lake, readies data environments for AI, ensures security and governance, provides technical support, develops data transformation/validation algorithms, and participates in system upgrades and project implementation.

Process assigned payrolls accurately and on time, manage time and attendance in Workday, handle payroll adjustments and off-cycle checks, maintain multi-state tax compliance, prepare tax forms and reports, audit timecards, support employees and approvers with timekeeping, and develop/update payroll SOPs.

Teach undergraduate and graduate social work courses and supervise field placements; advise and mentor students; engage community partners; participate in scholarship, faculty governance, and service. Deliver courses in-person and online, maintain knowledge of CSWE accreditation, and support program administration.
