Provides strategic leadership for instructional technology, online learning design, and digital learning quality. Oversees learning design and instructional technology teams, Canvas LMS administration, LTI integrations, accessibility, course templates, AI-enhanced multimedia, user testing, and LMS-driven engagement improvements. Partners with faculty, academic leadership, IT, and the Learning Academy to establish standards, deliver professional development, and advance online learning strategy. Supervises, hires, evaluates, and develops staff.

Supports students and instructors through writing consultations, classroom activities, presentations, and virtual assistance. Provides feedback, proofreading, writing conferences, and learning strategies for diverse student needs. Develops training materials, mentors writing consultants, collaborates with faculty on pedagogy, and creates video tutorials. Maintains appointment records in WCOnline and supports students through Canvas and Canvas Commons. Requires strong communication, writing, collaboration, organization, and knowledge of major academic writing styles.

Leads business analysis within the PMO by eliciting and documenting requirements, mapping processes, conducting gap and feasibility analyses, supporting UAT and system implementations, and managing scope changes. Presents recommendations to stakeholders and executives while mentoring junior analysts, reviewing deliverables, improving PMO methodologies, and aligning analyst capacity with institutional project priorities.
