Leads development, validation, optimization, and implementation of manufacturing processes for optical and photonic products. Supports new product introduction, technology transfer, design for manufacturability, process documentation, lean and Six Sigma initiatives, yield improvement, compliance, audits, capital equipment planning, and root-cause resolution. Partners with engineering, quality, operations, supply chain, and program management to deliver scalable, compliant, cost-effective production.

Directs daily operations across thin-film, camera and optics production, supply chain, warehousing, facilities, and quality. Develops capacity and production strategies, drives Lean and Six Sigma improvements, manages budgets and KPIs, ensures ITAR, EAR, ISO, and military-specification compliance, and leads cross-functional teams. Partners with Engineering on new product introduction and design for manufacturability while collaborating with Sales, Program Management, Finance, and Quality to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth objectives.

Serve as primary technical owner and business steward for the PLM system: configure and deploy PLM data models, workflows, permissions, and integrations (CAD, ERP, manufacturing, quality), migrate legacy data, maintain governance aligned to AS9100/CMMC/ITAR, create reports/dashboards, train users, and drive process improvements for MBOMs and NPI.

Lead day-to-day IT operations across multiple sites, managing infrastructure, Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, endpoint and network security, IT staff and vendors, compliance readiness (CMMC, NIST, ITAR), incident response coordination, project execution, and IT budgeting to ensure stable, secure, and scalable IT services.

Design, simulate, optimize, validate, and transition infrared imaging optical systems from concept to production. Perform tolerancing, manufacturability analyses, prototype support, testing, supplier coordination, integration, and design documentation for thermal camera and electro-optical applications.

Lead a multidisciplinary team to design, develop, and deploy custom fabrication and optical metrology systems for IR lens production. Own system lifecycle, opto-mechanical design, calibration, automation, and validation. Collaborate across Manufacturing, Quality, Optical Design, and R&D to support NPI, yield improvement, and compliance with AS9100/ISO17025. Manage projects, budgets, and program risks while mentoring staff.

Lead and execute integrated B2B marketing across digital channels, advertising, website and SEO, content and brand development, tradeshows/events, and analytics to drive brand awareness, qualified leads, and revenue in coordination with Sales and BD.

Lead system-level development and commercialization of LWIR zoom lens assemblies, integrating optics, mechanics, actuators, electronics, firmware, and coatings. Define performance budgets, manufacturability, verification/validation, actuation and embedded control, and lead cross-functional teams to resolve system-level issues through production release.
