Support the Legal team by drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts, technology transactions, real estate leases, and corporate matters. The role also requires customer communication, staying current with Azure services, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to automation and cloud infrastructure improvements.

Own the full sales cycle for new-logo acquisition across mid-market and small enterprise accounts. Prospect into regulated industries, uncover business and technology drivers, develop executive relationships, collaborate with account teams, sales engineers, and partners, and maintain accurate forecasts. The role focuses on selling private cloud, datacenter, IaaS, and hybrid cloud solutions while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Owns the operational backbone of channel and alliance programs, including deal registration, partner portal administration, performance dashboards, onboarding, agreements, commissions, escalations, and process automation. Partners with Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, finance, sales leadership, and external technology partners to maintain accurate data, improve workflows, support reporting, and ensure a smooth partner experience.

Leads financial underwriting and modeling for data center site acquisitions, greenfield developments, and capacity expansions. Owns project budgets, return models, sensitivity analyses, investment memos, board reporting, due diligence, market research, and broker relationships. Evaluates power availability, utilities, land, construction costs, entitlements, and incentives while coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
