Support the Legal team by drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts, technology transactions, real estate leases, and corporate matters. Maintain contract databases, templates, playbooks, obligations, and compliance records. Assist with M&A diligence, disputes, litigation support, and facility matters. Implement and manage legal technology systems, improve workflows, and support automation and AI adoption.

Supports and administers customer Azure environments, troubleshooting incidents, monitoring performance, implementing custom solutions, and executing planned changes. Participates in on-call rotations, documents work, collaborates across technical teams, engages Azure Support, and provides capacity and performance recommendations. The role also requires customer communication, staying current with Azure services, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to automation and cloud infrastructure improvements.

Own the full sales cycle for new-logo acquisition across mid-market and small enterprise accounts. Prospect into regulated industries, uncover business and technology drivers, develop executive relationships, collaborate with account teams, sales engineers, and partners, and maintain accurate forecasts. The role focuses on selling private cloud, datacenter, IaaS, and hybrid cloud solutions while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
