Manage and grow relationships with Technology Solution Distributors (TSDs) and their Technology Advisors to drive pipeline and revenue. Provide partner training, influence go-to-market strategy, develop technical pre- and post-sales practices, run cadence reviews and QBRs, and ensure partner performance and compliance. Collaborate with internal teams (Professional Services, Marketing, Support) to position LightEdge solutions and expand partner-led sales.

The Strategic Account Executive will own the sales process from prospecting to closing, focusing on mid-market to small enterprise companies, ensuring alignment with business drivers and achieving sales goals.

Manage, deploy, troubleshoot, and support Windows Server and Citrix environments for managed-service customers. Act as first responder for OS incidents, handle ticket queue and escalations, document resolutions, participate in on-call rotation, and support projects to expand and improve services.
