Owns the customer lifecycle for an assigned portfolio, serving as a strategic advisor and driving adoption, measurable outcomes, retention, renewals, and account growth. Responsibilities include developing success plans, monitoring account health, demonstrating ROI, managing renewals and negotiations, identifying expansion opportunities, coordinating onboarding, and collaborating cross-functionally to resolve customer needs.

Lead execution and delivery of AI data delivery products (initial focus on MCP) by translating strategy into requirements, prioritizing backlogs, partnering with Engineering, Security, Data Science, and GTM teams, and driving adoption while ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant AI integrations.
