Leads internal technology strategy and operations, including IT support, device lifecycle management, identity and access, collaboration platforms, enterprise applications, vendors, and technology spend. Drives process optimization, workflow automation, AI adoption, governance, and security controls. Builds roadmaps, establishes operational metrics, manages and develops a technology team, and partners with business leaders to improve employee productivity, service delivery, scalability, and responsible technology adoption.

Own end-to-end UX and visual design for Lightcast’s corporate website and digital experiences. Lead projects from concept through launch, create scalable templates and components, collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, and content teams, and improve usability, accessibility, performance, SEO, conversions, and user journeys through analytics, research, A/B testing, and customer insights.

Owns the customer lifecycle for an assigned portfolio, serving as a strategic advisor and driving adoption, measurable outcomes, retention, renewals, and account growth. Responsibilities include developing success plans, monitoring account health, demonstrating ROI, managing renewals and negotiations, identifying expansion opportunities, coordinating onboarding, and collaborating cross-functionally to resolve customer needs.
