Support monthly close by preparing and posting journal entries, performing account reconciliations, analyzing expense accounts, maintaining fixed asset records, producing management reporting, meeting month-end deadlines, and supporting special projects.

Manage product development and account relationships for specialty coffee clients. Drive sales and margin growth, curate assortments, coordinate sampling and production, negotiate costs, manage overseas vendors, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and communicate timelines across internal and external stakeholders.

Support category manager in product assortment, supplier relations, inventory forecasting, market analysis, and product launches. Assist with reporting, cross-functional coordination, and administrative tasks to drive category performance in the hospitality tableware segment.

Manage product content and assets for national omni-channel and ecommerce retailers (e.g., Amazon, Wayfair). Add/edit/delete digital content, coordinate item setup with category managers and sales, upload via retailer portals, ensure data accuracy and formatting to retailer specs, and resolve account issues under tight deadlines.

Create packaging, signage, brochures and web graphics for housewares brands. Handle design, layout, preflighting, mockups, color and material decoration, and trend-led graphic direction across seasonal and multi-platform campaigns.

Design and develop manufacturable kitchen and bar tools from concept to production. Create and modify 3D CAD, prototype parts, run design verification experiments, manage overseas technical communication and factory approvals, update BOMs, define inspection tolerances, and collaborate with Industrial Design, CMF, PMs, suppliers, and Quality to launch products on schedule.

Lead CMF design for private-label drinkware: create color, material, finish concepts, illustrations, production files and technical packs; research trends; collaborate with product, engineering and marketing to drive concepts from concept to production and prepare customer-facing presentations.

Design and produce packaging, signage, brochures and advertising graphics for housewares. Create layouts, preflights, mockups and color/material decoration, translate brand archetypes into seasonal graphic stories, and support web and trade-show artwork while meeting multiple deadlines.

Perform chargeback analysis and processing, coordinate with Sales/AP/division leadership, maintain documentation for internal controls, prepare open chargeback schedules, perform ad-hoc financial analyses, complete timely monthly general ledger close tasks including journal entries and reconciliations, and prepare workpapers to support internal and external audits.

Create digital visuals for web, social, email and ads; photo retouching; simple animations; maintain brand consistency; collaborate with design and marketing teams; follow trends in lifestyle and consumer goods.
