Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, eager Analyst to join our Finance/Accounting team. This role focuses on Chargeback analysis and will be responsible for other ad hoc analysis assignments
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and process chargebacks
- Coordination with other departments (Sales, AP, division presidents)
- Ensure documentation for is compliant with internal control
- Prepare schedule of open chargebacks and current status and/or challenges
- Ad Hoc Analysis
- Timely monthly general ledger closing, including posting of journal entries and reconciliation of assigned balance sheet and income statement accounts
- Prepare workpapers and other documents to support internal and external audits
Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proficient in Excel, SAP experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively via email, phone and in person
- Strong organization and analytical skills
- Strong work ethic and detail oriented
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting targets and deadlines
- Must be able to adapt to changing in process or deadlines
- CPA a plus
Salary Range is $65,000-$75,000
