Provide MS SQL Server database administration and EHR support: build/alter stored procedures, develop SSRS reports, troubleshoot performance, deploy patches, create BI reports, automate processes, interact with users and vendors, integrate applications via APIs, and maintain SQL and Power BI reporting documentation.

Provide 24/7 face-to-face crisis assessment, intervention, follow-up and relapse prevention for children, adolescents and adults in Collin County. Coordinate services, create recovery plans, document progress, connect clients with community resources, and provide routine case management and psychosocial rehabilitation over a 90-day period.

Provide clinical and administrative supervision for 1-2 MST teams, ensure fidelity to MST model, deliver weekly group and individual supervision, manage referrals and caseloads, collaborate with stakeholders, report program outcomes, and provide direct MST services to 1-2 families as needed.

Provide direct peer support and coordinate community-based services for service members, veterans, and families; recruit, train, and supervise volunteer peers; conduct outreach and representation at local and state meetings; maintain documentation and achieve MVPN certification within 12 months.

Provide financial eligibility support for behavioral health clients: complete initial and annual financial assessments, enter data, run reports, communicate with contracted providers and treatment teams, ensure compliance with TAC/UM/Medicaid, and deliver excellent customer service within a trauma-informed, person-centered model.

Provide trauma-informed, person-driven case management, skills training, medication support, and psychosocial rehabilitation for justice-involved individuals. Conduct assessments, document service plans, coordinate medical, social, vocational, and legal supports, assist with crisis response, and collaborate with criminal justice agencies to reduce recidivism and support community stability for clients with serious mental illness and substance use disorders.

Provide assessments, recovery planning, resource navigation, referrals, supported housing/employment, outpatient and crisis interventions for adults in LOC 3–4. Maintain small caseload, cover staff absences, deliver community-based skill-building and rehabilitation per individualized treatment plans, document services in the EHR, and ensure regulatory and agency policy compliance.

Provide community-based ACT case management: assessments, recovery planning, resource navigation, referrals, supported housing/employment, crisis intervention, and linkage to medical and social services. Work collaboratively with ACT team, community partners, and fidelity managers; document services in electronic health record; respond on call as needed; promote trauma-informed, strength-based, person-centered care to reduce hospitalizations and support independent living.

Provide face-to-face crisis assessments, intervention, follow-up, intake and recovery planning, resource navigation and referrals to divert individuals from ERs, hospitals, and jails and connect them to outpatient behavioral health services.

Provide face-to-face crisis assessments, intervention, relapse prevention, and 90-day follow-up for individuals with chronic mental illness in Collin County. Deliver community-based services at residences, schools, and other safe locations 24/7. Coordinate care, develop recovery plans, advocate for clients, provide routine case management, skills training, and psychosocial rehabilitation while maintaining clear progress notes and connecting clients to community resources.

Lead the Center's IT strategy and operations, overseeing systems, networks, security, disaster recovery, vendor relationships, and MIS staff. Drive project delivery, user training, compliance (including HIPAA), and long-term technology planning aligned with organizational goals.

Provide field-based mental health nursing and psychosocial rehabilitation within an ACT team: administer long-acting injectables, deliver case management, skills and medication training, crisis intervention, connect clients to services, document in the EHR, attend daily team huddles and participate in on-call 24/7 crisis rotation.
