Serve as a trusted HR advisor managing complex employee relations caseloads, investigations, performance management, ADA accommodations, and terminations. Partner on policy, compliance, training, and L&D initiatives, support HR data/reporting, collaborate with payroll and outside counsel, and contribute to employee engagement and experience across multi-site operations.

Lead and mentor the accounting team while overseeing month‑end/year‑end close, AP/AR/payroll/GL operations, federal grant compliance (2 CFR 200/Uniform Guidance), Single Audit and Indirect Cost Rate Proposal preparation, financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, internal controls, and financial systems implementation and improvement.

Provide intensive, field-based outreach and case management to unsheltered individuals (caseload 15–20). Rapid response outreach, develop client-centered Housing First plans, coordinate MDT meetings and referrals, assist with documentation and applications, support post-housing transitions up to one year, and maintain accurate documentation and community partnerships.

Provide onsite case management and crisis response for families in interim supportive housing. Monitor site safety, welcome and process move-ins/outs, manage meals/supplies/donations, document client interactions, participate in team meetings and trainings, and support clients toward housing stability while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and de-escalation when needed.

Provide a safe, supportive educational environment for children in a family homeless program. Manage and evaluate the ACES program, conduct intake and assessments, link families to services, maintain records, coordinate site operations, supervise interns and volunteers, run events and summer camp, liaise with schools and community partners, and assist with program administration and occasional travel.
