Lead UX strategy and design across patient and provider journeys for web and mobile, creating flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Lead FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, capital allocation, and financial modeling. Partner with leadership to produce Board/investor presentations, drive reporting automation, support month-end close, perform ad hoc strategic and investment analyses, and collaborate with data analytics on BI and dashboards to inform strategic decisions and growth initiatives.

Design, build, and maintain AWS infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi); operate container platforms (ECS/EKS/EC2); drive migration from monolith to microservices; build internal tooling in Python/Go/TypeScript; own observability in Datadog; lead incidents and postmortems; mentor engineers and enforce security/compliance best practices for a healthcare platform.

The Tax Compliance Manager will oversee tax compliance, reporting, and planning, manage filings, coordinate with auditors, and maintain tax processes.
