Lead preparation and timely filing of SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Proxy, S-8), manage XBRL tagging, draft earnings release financials, research and apply complex U.S. GAAP technical accounting (ASC 606/842/718), support SOX compliance, coordinate with auditors, improve processes and automation, and mentor 1-2 accountants.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI-enabled patient-facing healthcare experiences. Drive personalization, automation, analytics-driven optimization, cross-functional delivery, KPI measurement, and compliance alignment to improve engagement, retention, and operational efficiency.

Support product discovery, research, and roadmap for patient-facing digital experiences. Analyze customer behavior and engagement data, define requirements and user stories, and collaborate with engineering, UX, clinical, and analytics teams on AI-enabled features. Participate in sprint planning, testing, launches, competitive and market research, and measure product performance with analytics and reporting tools.

The Tax Compliance Manager will oversee tax compliance, reporting, and planning, manage filings, coordinate with auditors, and maintain tax processes.
