Defines and maintains YouVersion’s creative brand expression across global markets, adapting standards for cultural relevance while preserving brand consistency. Leads creative quality reviews, talent development, training, hiring recommendations, and approval processes across international hubs. Builds trusted relationships with creative teams and leaders, provides strategic direction, identifies risks and opportunities, and collaborates with global leadership. Leads daily operations and strategic execution for a platform engineering team.
