The Associate LifeGroups/LifeMissions Pastor supports the ministry by developing volunteer leaders, connecting church members to LifeGroups, ensuring excellence in group management, and providing pastoral care. They work alongside the lead pastor to enhance ministry effectiveness and community partnerships, while aiming to progress towards the lead pastor role.

The Associate Host Team Pastor provides pastoral care to volunteers and guests, leads volunteer training and development, coordinates scheduling, resolves conflicts, and manages supplies to ensure effective operations at Life.Church.

The Life.Church Campus Internship offers young adults valuable ministry experience with hands-on training from pastors. Interns can choose a ministry area to work in, participate in book discussions and staff training, and grow spiritually and professionally in a supportive team environment. This full-time internship lasts for six months and starts in January 2025.

The Associate Worship Pastor leads and builds worship experiences while providing musical and technical leadership. This role includes planning and organizing weekly services, recruiting and training worship teams, and offering pastoral guidance to staff and attendees during various ministerial services. This role includes engaging with volunteers and the community, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining facility operations. They are also responsible for the scheduling and coordination of campus activities and providing mentorship to volunteers.

The Associate Youth Pastor will support the Youth Pastor by leading the execution of the student ministry vision, developing volunteer leaders, providing pastoral care, and supporting events. Responsibilities include training, communication, and inspiring students and volunteers to grow in their faith and leadership.

The Associate LifeKids Pastor will recruit, equip, and lead a team of volunteers to provide a safe and engaging children's ministry. Responsibilities include maintaining operations, overseeing volunteer training, ensuring excellent experiences for families, and communicating with the LifeKids Pastor to meet ministry goals.
