Verify patient demographics and insurance, audit and cross-reference PCRs with CAD data, obtain missing documentation from field staff and external sources, generate quality reports, and ensure HIPAA-compliant billing submission and record security.

Supervise EMS field operations while performing Paramedic duties. Ensure regulatory compliance, maintain deployment readiness, manage crew scheduling, equipment, reports (PCR/billing/incident), and coordinate between shifts, dispatch, and leadership. Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls and support station and fleet readiness.
