Oversee 24/7 regional last-mile logistics operations, lead and develop teams, manage contractor settlements and scheduling, meet productivity and on-time delivery targets, master transportation and client systems, ensure regulatory and safety compliance (CDL-Hazmat, TSA STA), and drive continuous improvement and client relationships.

Manage sourcing, contracting, onboarding, and compliance for independent contractors: create and maintain IC solicitations, process contracts in contract management platform, audit required forms, manage background checks/drug screens, update dispatch software, schedule onboarding, and support regional fleets while maintaining accurate records and strong stakeholder relationships.

Build and manage client relationships, prospect and close B2B sales, meet revenue targets, conduct business reviews, collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions, and travel up to 30% to support customers.

Drive company trucks on assigned long-distance routes to deliver time-sensitive medical diagnostics and therapies. Load/unload and secure cargo, keep accurate logs, perform vehicle inspections, follow DOT/ICC/FMCSA regulations, maintain customer service and safety standards, and accept overnight and multi-day travel as required.

Coordinate overnight shipments and dispatch operations for time-critical life sciences deliveries. Manage carriers and TMS routes, respond to customers, review shipping documents, monitor driver logs and E-log devices, troubleshoot shipping errors, and maintain quality and efficiency in warehouse and dispatch processes.

Coordinate carriers and dispatching to ensure timely, accurate shipments; handle customer inquiries; build routes in TMS; track and correct shipping errors; monitor driver e-logs and scorecards; maintain documentation and improve supply chain processes. Night-shift schedule with flexibility required.
