Oversee 24/7 last-mile operations to ensure on-time deliveries, manage and coach drivers and contractors, track performance metrics, handle client issues, execute onboarding for new market clients, master transport and payroll systems, and implement process improvements to boost productivity and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate transportation providers and dispatching, manage TMS routes and recurring orders, respond to customer inquiries, review shipping documents, track and resolve shipment errors, monitor driver electronic logs/scorecards, make special shipping arrangements, and improve supply-chain processes. May cover routes as needed and ensure service quality and compliance.

Coordinate carriers and dispatching to ensure timely, accurate shipments; handle customer inquiries; build routes in TMS; track and correct shipping errors; monitor driver e-logs and scorecards; maintain documentation and improve supply chain processes. Night-shift schedule with flexibility required.
