The role requires extensive travel, leadership, healthcare marketing expertise, community relationship-building, and aggressive but tactful prospecting.

Manages private-duty home-care business operations, including recruiting, personnel-file compliance, scheduling, billing, payroll, reporting, inventory, orientation, and policy implementation. Supervises scheduling, care coordination, visit-verification, support, and field staff; verifies timecards, resolves billing and payroll issues, supports regulatory compliance, conducts evaluations, and may act as Administrator. Occasional after-hours or on-call support and travel between office locations may be required.

Leads regional Account Executive activities, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, relationship management, sales planning, and resource development. Builds relationships with physicians, hospitals, healthcare organizations, and community stakeholders to support home care services. Ensures compliance with company policies and HIPAA, supports service improvement, and supervises Account Executives. The role requires substantial travel, reliable transportation, and availability during and beyond agency operating hours.

The Senior Accountant manages financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, FP&A, month-end close, journal entries, and P&L analysis. The role supports funding strategies, cost control, financial compliance, market opportunity analysis, and executive decision-making. It also develops reporting systems, prepares organizational financial documents, and oversees bi-weekly company-wide payroll and the full accounts payable process.

Prepares monthly financial statements, accruals, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, accounts payable transactions, payroll reviews, audit and tax work papers, and statistical financial analyses. Provides financial support to administrators, investigates budgetary and data variances, and completes special projects. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, one year of accounting experience, CPA certification, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and occasional overnight travel.
