Leads regional Account Executive activities, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, relationship management, sales planning, and resource development. Builds relationships with physicians, hospitals, healthcare organizations, and community stakeholders to support home care services. Ensures compliance with company policies and HIPAA, supports service improvement, and supervises Account Executives. The role requires substantial travel, reliable transportation, and availability during and beyond agency operating hours.

The Senior Accountant manages financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, FP&A, month-end close, journal entries, and P&L analysis. The role supports funding strategies, cost control, financial compliance, market opportunity analysis, and executive decision-making. It also develops reporting systems, prepares organizational financial documents, and oversees bi-weekly company-wide payroll and the full accounts payable process.

Develop business partnerships and generate home health referrals across Broward County. Build relationships with physicians, facilities, discharge planners, providers, and community agencies; execute territory growth plans; conduct sales calls and presentations; explain home care services to patients and families; coordinate with internal care teams; and track referral activity, customer profiles, competitors, and follow-ups.
