Manage the full recruiting cycle for home health and hospice agencies, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting phone screens, promoting the organization, and guiding candidates through offers and onboarding. Partner with leadership to attract qualified healthcare talent while adapting to changing priorities and maintaining organized, timely, confidential, and effective communication.

Develops business partnerships and generates home health referral growth across an assigned Houston territory. Responsibilities include creating territory plans, making sales contacts and presentations, building relationships with physicians, facilities, discharge planners, community agencies, patients, families, and internal care teams, and managing expectations regarding home care services.

Leads sales and marketing for private-duty operations across Florida and Texas. Manages, motivates, and evaluates sales teams; develops measurable sales and marketing strategies; builds referral-source relationships; identifies business opportunities; supports revenue-stream development; and reports performance against goals. The role requires extensive travel, leadership, healthcare marketing expertise, community relationship-building, and aggressive but tactful prospecting.
