Produce financial analyses, forecasts, and budgets; perform budget vs. actual variance analysis; create management reports; support sales and HR with analytics; communicate insights to executives and cross-functional leaders to inform strategy and operations.

Provide hospice nursing in patient residences: assess physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs; develop and document plans of care; coordinate with interdisciplinary team and physicians; deliver nursing care with infection control; complete timely documentation; respond to on-call duties; participate in QAPI and in-service training; travel locally to patient homes.

Provide direct personal and supportive care to hospice patients in their residence under RN supervision: assist with transfers, ambulation, nutrition, infection control, documentation, on-call/after-hours coverage, and maintain a safe, respectful environment. Maintain competency through training and meet productivity, documentation, and transportation requirements.
