Leads safe, efficient facility operations across production, shipping, receiving, inventory, maintenance, equipment, and support functions. Oversees supervisors and employees, coordinates operating plans and resources, monitors safety and performance metrics, manages costs and budgets, supports maintenance and capital planning, and implements continuous improvements to reduce risk, waste, delays, and operating expenses.

Provides strategic and hands-on HR leadership for more than 200 employees across Canadian locations. Responsibilities include employee relations, investigations, performance management, manager coaching, workforce planning, recruiting support, compensation and benefits administration, compliance, HR reporting, leadership development, organizational change, and maintaining confidential records. The role is based onsite in Delta, British Columbia, with regular travel throughout Canada and occasional after-hours availability.

Oversee regional accounting for BC and AB sites: ensure accurate financial reporting, lead accounting staff, manage revenue cycle, inventory valuation, budgeting, variance analysis, audits, internal controls, and provide financial analysis to operations and finance leadership.
