Lead end-to-end delivery of AI platform programmes with external SIs and vendors. Manage delivery plans, SOWs, change control, governance, risks and cross-OpCo coordination. Own end-to-end employee relations (ER) casework across the UK and Netherlands, advising People Business Partners and managers, leading investigations and hearings, simplifying ER processes and templates, building ER capability, using data and AI-enabled tools to improve turnaround, and partnering with Legal and Reward to manage risk and policy compliance.

Lead design and ownership of an end-to-end AI platform for large-scale telecommunications. Define architecture, integration patterns, and standards; guide engineering, ML, and operations teams; ensure scalability, observability, security, and cost efficiency; support vendor evaluations, M&A technical due diligence, and stakeholder communication to deliver measurable business outcomes across multiple European markets.

Protect and monitor Liberty Globals tier-1 core network: identify and remediate network security weaknesses, trace BGP/DDoS/malicious traffic, create monitoring use cases and playbooks, liaise with internal and external teams, mentor engineers, and drive implementation of industry best-practice network hygiene.

Support and shape finance for egg Power's renewable energy platform: own budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cashflow and debt reporting; support financing, M&A, investment analysis, and governance; build financial models, scenario forecasts, and deliver insight to senior stakeholders and investors.

Lead capital allocation, FP&A and management reporting for executive leadership and the Board. Manage budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning across operating companies. Build financial models and perform scenario analysis for M&A and strategic initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, review operating company plans, and lead/direct reports to drive value creation and optimal capital allocation.

Lead sourcing, evaluation and execution of media investment opportunities (focus on sports, live events, premium content). Perform financial modelling, due diligence, deal structuring and negotiation support. Advise on consumer law, draft terms and commercial contracts, support bids, and provide company secretariat, trademark, M&A and compliance assistance as needed.

Lead IT integration between nexfibre and partner IT providers, define integration strategy, manage delivery of BSS/OSS integrations, assure service readiness and continuity, reconcile data and assets, coordinate stakeholders, track IT spend and deliverables, ensure go-live readiness and remediation, and maintain senior stakeholder relationships.

Lead global broking operations for Liberty Blume, managing placements, renewals and client servicing across multinational insurance programmes. Drive market engagement in London/Lloyd's, develop broking teams, implement captive and alternative risk financing solutions, oversee claims, compliance, financials, and stakeholder engagement to optimise coverage and costs.

Originate and drive partnership development for specialty finance working-capital solutions, leveraging existing relationships to source opportunities, pitch tailored products, manage the sales process through deal closure, and provide market intelligence on working capital financing and potential targets.

Lead design and implementation of end-to-end supplier journeys across procurement tech, owning supplier backlog, supplier 360 solution, onboarding, master data, integrations and collaboration with Risk, ESG and Data teams. Define AI-native edge and cloud capabilities, assess vendors, guide designs, ensure security/compliance, represent the platform in standards bodies, and support delivery, lifecycle and governance across markets.

Lead UK and cross-border corporate tax strategy, advising on complex UK matters (CFC, CIR, SBCE, leases), manage cash tax forecasting, support M&A tax due diligence and structuring, oversee transfer pricing work, coach junior staff, and collaborate with Treasury, Legal, Accounting and external advisors across multi-jurisdictional projects.
