Lead Liberty Global’s sports, live events, and experience-economy investment strategy. Identify acquisition and partnership opportunities, build investment cases and financial models, lead diligence, advise senior stakeholders, and support portfolio companies including Formula E. The role combines strategy, finance, sports-sector expertise, commercial growth, and cross-functional leadership. Based in London with four office days per week.

Leads the establishment and expansion of US accounting operations in Denver, including team building, customer delivery, transitions, service quality, controls, reporting, and continuous improvement. Manages senior customer relationships, US accounting pursuits, knowledge transfer, and operational scalability. Requires deep accounting leadership, US GAAP, SOX, internal controls, technical accounting, transition management, and an active CPA license or equivalent qualification.

Leads US customer accounting operations, including period-end close, reconciliations, balance-sheet governance, intercompany accounting, management reporting, and statutory reporting support. Oversees customer onboarding and transitions, improves and automates accounting processes, ensures SOX and internal-control compliance, resolves delivery issues, and develops accounting staff. Builds relationships with Controllers and Finance teams while balancing quality, controls, customer service, and timely delivery.
