Manage end-to-end job searches for assigned clients by sourcing 30–50 relevant roles weekly, tailoring resumes, submitting applications, conducting recruiter outreach, and tracking pipelines in a CRM. Collaborate with career coaches and client success managers while managing multiple clients. This is a remote, flexible, part-time freelance role with variable hours and commission-based sales opportunities.

Own organic social and creator-led growth across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. Recruit and manage creators and affiliates, negotiate partnerships, coordinate content, track performance, optimize affiliate funnels, and develop scalable growth systems. The role includes trend analysis, experimentation, KPI reporting, and collaboration with content teams to increase engagement, conversions, and revenue.

Generate new business through high-volume outbound prospecting, cold calling, LinkedIn and email outreach. Conduct discovery and sales calls, present services, handle objections, negotiate, close deals, and manage follow-up sequences. Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast pipelines, re-engage leads, respond to inbound inquiries, and report on sales KPIs including activity, conversion, revenue, and target attainment.
