Manages and grows contractor and commercial accounts within an assigned territory. Responsibilities include selling building materials, visiting job sites, preparing bids and estimates, prospecting for new accounts, coordinating deliveries, supporting credit activities, monitoring market pricing, and maintaining customer relationships. The role requires frequent territory travel, occasional lifting, and periodic evening or weekend work.

The Millwork Salesperson drives sales and gross margin growth for doors, windows, trim, moulding, and specialty wood products. Responsibilities include building contractor and DIY customer relationships, preparing bids and takeoffs, recommending products, managing pricing and special orders, processing sales transactions, and coordinating fulfillment with vendors and delivery teams. The role also requires maintaining product expertise and providing customer guidance on sizing, styles, installation, and project needs.

Supervises yard, warehouse, dispatch, delivery, inventory, customer service, and inside sales activities. Oversees material handling procedures, fleet records, staffing, training, safety programs, performance reviews, customer complaints, and inventory improvements. Ensures facilities remain orderly, efficient, and safe while maintaining delivery procedures and high customer service standards. Supports hiring and workforce planning in coordination with the Store Manager.
