The Bookkeeper maintains daily financial records, reconciles bank transactions, prepares deposits, invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and financial statements. The role supports payroll issue resolution, accounts receivable reporting, inventory and office supply records, receiving documentation, and discrepancy investigation. Additional responsibilities include administrative office work, customer and employee communication, and occasional visits to customers’ job sites.

Supervises yard, warehouse, dispatch, delivery, inventory, customer service, and inside sales activities. Oversees material handling procedures, fleet records, staffing, training, safety programs, performance reviews, customer complaints, and inventory improvements. The Millwork Salesperson drives sales in doors, windows, and trim by building relationships with contractors and DIY customers, providing bids, and ensuring order fulfillment.

The Millwork Salesperson drives sales and gross margin growth for doors, windows, trim, moulding, and specialty wood products. Responsibilities include building contractor and DIY customer relationships, preparing bids and takeoffs, recommending products, managing pricing and special orders, processing sales transactions, and coordinating fulfillment with vendors and delivery teams. The role also requires maintaining product expertise and providing customer guidance on sizing, styles, installation, and project needs.

Sell and service contractor, DIY, and commercial accounts; prepare bids/quotes and estimates; process sales invoices and cashier duties; coordinate timely material deliveries; source special orders and assist walk-in customers to meet sales and margin targets.
