Responsibilities include building contractor and DIY customer relationships, preparing bids and takeoffs, recommending products, managing pricing and special orders, processing sales transactions, and coordinating fulfillment with vendors and delivery teams. The role also requires maintaining product expertise and providing customer guidance on sizing, styles, installation, and project needs.
