Own AI-first operations, digital manufacturing architecture (MES, IIoT, PLC/SCADA), P&L and KPI performance, capacity scale-up, quality/compliance, and develop a data-driven, lean culture across production and cross-functional teams.

Lead the design and scale of Lenskart's creator ecosystem: build a data-driven creator network, run high-impact influencer campaigns, negotiate talent deals, implement performance analytics and dashboards, drive revenue and brand lift, and embed creator-first practices across the organization.
