Entrepreneur in Residence will own 0-to-1 initiatives, new business lines, or strategic projects from problem definition through scale-up. The role requires founder-like autonomy, cross-functional execution, business-case development, leadership partnership, and potentially team building. Ideal candidates have founded or co-founded a venture, possess 5–15 years of experience, and preferably have D2C operating experience involving customer acquisition, unit economics, or category growth. The role is based in Delhi NCR or Bangalore.

Lead Lenskart’s global brand transformation and marketing strategy across India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Japan, and the US. Own brand positioning, social-first content, creator ecosystems, AI-powered marketing systems, personalization, experimentation, marketing P&L, and omnichannel growth. Build localized go-to-market strategies, launch new products, scale cultural relevance, and drive customer acquisition, revenue, ROAS, CAC, and LTV through a lean, technology-enabled marketing organization.

Own the smartglasses product line end to end, covering hardware and software development, product requirements, user research, competitive analysis, launch execution, P&L, pricing, forecasting, inventory, partnerships, and post-sale operations. Lead vendors and engineering partners, coordinate cross-functional delivery, manage go-to-market activities, and use business and customer metrics to drive product decisions.
