Leads end-to-end consumer product development projects from planning through launch. Responsibilities include project planning, progress and risk management, quality management, governance, budgeting, resource allocation, process optimization, and team leadership. The role coordinates global, cross-functional stakeholders across design, packaging engineering, graphics, marketing, supply chain, and other functions to remove roadblocks, maintain milestones, and deliver successful product launches.

Manage and grow strategic grocery, discount, and department-store accounts across the DACH region. Responsibilities include account planning, sales and market analysis, relationship management, campaign and promotion execution, pricing, contract negotiations, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires driving revenue and profitability, developing customer strategies, and delivering successful in-store and online execution while working fluently in German and English.

Provides technical leadership across Supply & Demand Technology product teams, aligning stakeholders, engineering communities, portfolio priorities, dependencies, and technical decisions. The role supports global supply chain technology transformation, including ERP, transportation management, planning platforms, and AI adoption. It requires guiding teams without direct authority and building scalable, consistent technology foundations across a complex global organization.
