Lead LEGO's enterprise data platform and governance: run Databricks on AWS at scale, manage platform and governance teams, embed automated data governance, steward the enterprise data model, shape roadmap with product partners, manage cost/performance/vendor relationships, and advance responsible AI and data ethics.

Lead the Allocation & Replenishment product for retail planning over a 12-month contract. Drive adoption and stabilization of enterprise planning tools, prioritize backlog and roadmap, partner with business stakeholders, engineering, data science, and design to deliver measurable inventory and replenishment improvements, and support change and data-driven decision making across global teams.

Manage and grow relationships with key grocery retail accounts, develop and execute commercial and operational plans, oversee in-store execution and brand presentation, analyze sales and customer data, manage basic account P&L, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support negotiations and strategy to drive sustainable growth.
