Own and improve short- and medium-term production planning and S&OP for the Nyiregyhaza factory. Develop feasible production plans balancing demand, capacity, inventory and materials, monitor capacity and bottlenecks, facilitate planning reviews, maintain planning master data in SAP, drive optimization and ERP/digital transformation projects, and act as a planning subject-matter expert collaborating with local and global stakeholders.

Lead interaction design end-to-end for playful connected products, from ideation through prototyping to market launch. Set design vision, mentor designers, manage stakeholders, mitigate risks, and advocate interaction design and LEGO values across multidisciplinary teams to deliver engaging digital-physical experiences for children and families.

The Associate Creative Director leads creative projects from conceptualization to production, ensuring campaigns resonate with diverse audiences through culturally sensitive content and effective digital strategies.
