Performs diagnostic imaging and mobile fluoroscopy under radiologist direction. The RN PreOp PACU PAT nurse is responsible for pre-operative patient assessments, administering anesthesia care, and post-operative monitoring, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the surgical process.

Lead nursing care for an inpatient unit each shift: supervise CNAs, assign and monitor nursing tasks, assess patients, administer medications, liaise with physicians and departments, ensure compliance with policies (HIPAA, OSHA, infection control), assist with staff education and reporting, and provide on-call coverage as needed.

Provide and supervise pharmaceutical services in a hospital: verify and interpret orders, monitor drug therapy for interactions and appropriateness, counsel patients and providers, attend clinical rounds, supervise technicians, maintain pharmacy records and labeling, and participate in required training.

Manage billing, claims transmission, payment posting, and reconciliation for high-volume imaging and therapy services. Resolve claim edits, rejections, and payment discrepancies, maintain clean claim and payment posting accuracy, collaborate with clinical, front-end, and AR teams, and generate reports to support month-end financials and denial trend escalation.

The RN Preop PACU PAT is responsible for pre-operative patient management, vital checks, medication administration, and post-operative care, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

The Director of Integration facilitates operational integration of ASCs and surgical hospitals into Legent Health, managing projects, training, and vendor relationships during transitions.
