Analyzes SCADA and equipment condition data, resolves recurring technical issues, develops performance models, supports CAPEX/OPEX planning, and produces root-cause and financial evaluations. The role collaborates with operations, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, mentors junior staff, and provides periodic on-site project management at wind facilities. Travel of at least 30% and physical work, including climbing turbines, are required.

Provides electrical engineering support for operating wind and solar facilities, focusing on electrical equipment safety, reliability, troubleshooting, and performance. Diagnoses system issues using operational data, inspections, digital fault records, and relay analysis. Manages substation and collection maintenance programs, relay programming and backups, and technical projects involving vendors.
