Teams at Leeward Renewable Energy, LLC

Leads late-stage development, construction, commissioning, and commercial operation of utility-scale renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and BESS. Manages cross-functional teams, contractors, suppliers, project budgets, schedules, contracts, safety, quality, risk, reporting, and stakeholder communications. Supports permitting, financial and tax equity closes, PPA and LGIA negotiations, and utility commercial operation requirements. The role is remote-based with at least 25% travel to project locations.

Maintains general ledger accuracy for assigned operational projects by preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, processing invoices and payables, monitoring cash, supporting financial statements and variance analyses, and assisting with audits. Collaborates with Asset Managers, resolves accounting issues, and helps improve asset accounting processes. Requires strong accounting knowledge, analytical ability, organization, and attention to detail.

Maintains accurate general ledgers for assigned renewable energy projects, prepares journal entries and financial statements, reconciles accounts, manages payables and cash monitoring, supports audits, analyzes variances, and collaborates with Asset Managers. The role also assists with accounting process improvements and requires strong organization, analytical ability, attention to detail, and knowledge of complex accounting matters, consolidations, GAAP, foreign currency translation, and multiple corporate structures.
