Maintain brand voice and writing guidelines, collaborate with designers, develop scripts and repurposed content, and use AI to create content variations. Work independently, respond to feedback, and deliver quickly in a remote environment.

Design marketing assets including decks, eBooks, social media creatives, web pages, videos, and event collateral. Translate rough briefs into polished visual content, maintain consistent timelines, build design systems, and develop AI-enabled workflows to improve design speed and quality. The role also requires explaining design decisions clearly to non-designers and collaborating with marketing teams in a B2B SaaS environment.

Research BFSI sectors, regulations, workflows, audiences, and product use cases to identify campaign opportunities. Develop credible product viewpoints and execute integrated campaigns across webinars, events, social media, email, WhatsApp, landing pages, and paid advertising. Lead webinars, events, workshops, and roundtables end to end, including promotion, follow-up, and content repurposing. Designs test scenarios from acceptance criteria, automates backend API and frontend testing, documents test processes and results, develops complex test cases and automation frameworks, and contributes to QA strategy for microservices and CI/CD environments. Collaborates with developers and product managers in Scrum teams while maintaining test cases, code quality, reviews, and build processes.

Design, build, and deploy CV and NLP ML systems for document and content intelligence. Convert prototypes to production, optimize models (including LLMs), run evaluations, build scalable APIs, and document architectures and pipelines while staying current with ML research.

Lead design and development of scalable Python backend systems and APIs, own architecture, mentor engineers, drive best practices, ensure performance, reliability, security, testing, CI/CD, and resolve production issues.
