Research BFSI sectors, regulations, workflows, audiences, and product use cases to identify campaign opportunities. Develop credible product viewpoints and execute integrated campaigns across webinars, events, social media, email, WhatsApp, landing pages, and paid advertising. Lead webinars, events, workshops, and roundtables end to end, including promotion, follow-up, and content repurposing. Use AI thoughtfully to accelerate research and content creation while verifying facts and preserving approved messaging.

Designs test scenarios from acceptance criteria, automates backend API and frontend testing, documents test processes and results, develops complex test cases and automation frameworks, and contributes to QA strategy for microservices and CI/CD environments. Collaborates with developers and product managers in Scrum teams while maintaining test cases, code quality, reviews, and build processes.

Design, build, and deploy CV and NLP ML systems for document and content intelligence. Convert prototypes to production, optimize models (including LLMs), run evaluations, build scalable APIs, and document architectures and pipelines while staying current with ML research.

Manage third-party risk and support ISMS activities: respond to client security questionnaires, maintain security evidence, perform vendor risk assessments, assist compliance for ISO/SOC2 certifications, support business continuity and controls testing, and drive technology risk remediation with stakeholders.

Lead design and development of scalable Python backend systems and APIs, own architecture, mentor engineers, drive best practices, ensure performance, reliability, security, testing, CI/CD, and resolve production issues.

Design, build, and maintain highly scalable Python backend services. Deliver extensible APIs, participate in TDD, CI/CD and microservices practices, troubleshoot production issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and assess feature requests to improve platform operational efficiency.

Lead frontend architecture and development of scalable React-based web applications. Mentor engineers, drive coding standards, ensure performance, accessibility and cross-browser compatibility, collaborate with product/design/backend/QA, plan sprints, manage technical estimations, reduce technical debt, and participate in hiring and onboarding.

Work with engineering, design, and business teams to define, document, and deliver product features from concept to launch. Map system interactions, gather requirements, assess technical feasibility, integrate AI/ML ideas, analyse product performance, and maintain stakeholder communication to iterate and improve product outcomes.

Perform data extraction, analysis, and dashboarding to deliver decision-ready insights. Maintain data quality and monitor ETL pipelines. Use AI assistants to accelerate SQL, cleaning, and reporting. Automate reports with Python/Apps Script and present findings to cross-functional and executive stakeholders.

Build and maintain React-based front-end features focused on performance, maintainability, accessibility, and responsive pixel-perfect UI. Collaborate with UX designers and PMs, prototype POCs, use Chrome DevTools, manage state with Zustand/Redux, and interact with APIs following agile practices.
