Own the complete enterprise sales and partnership cycle, including lead qualification, product demonstrations, commercial negotiations, closing, and account expansion. Help prospects quantify ROI, cost savings, and time savings from Leegality solutions while engaging CTOs, CISOs, CIOs, and other senior IT stakeholders.

Create copy for campaigns, websites, case studies, webinars, sales collateral, social media, email, WhatsApp, and paid ads. Translate complex product and customer insights into clear, compelling messaging for different audiences and channels. Maintain brand voice and writing guidelines, collaborate with designers, develop scripts and repurposed content, and use AI to create content variations. Work independently, respond to feedback, and deliver quickly in a remote environment.

Design marketing assets including decks, eBooks, social media creatives, web pages, videos, and event collateral. Translate rough briefs into polished visual content, maintain consistent timelines, build design systems, and develop AI-enabled workflows to improve design speed and quality. The role also requires explaining design decisions clearly to non-designers and collaborating with marketing teams in a B2B SaaS environment.

Research BFSI sectors, regulations, workflows, audiences, and product use cases to identify campaign opportunities. Develop credible product viewpoints and execute integrated campaigns across webinars, events, social media, email, WhatsApp, landing pages, and paid advertising. Lead webinars, events, workshops, and roundtables end to end, including promotion, follow-up, and content repurposing. Use AI thoughtfully to accelerate research and content creation while verifying facts and preserving approved messaging.

Provide timely, high-quality support to enterprise customers by configuring and managing their Leegality usage, guiding users through the product, responding to stakeholder queries, monitoring support tickets, and coordinating issue resolution. Analyze malfunctions, identify and mitigate risks, escalate issues appropriately, maintain product and process knowledge, and help develop internal support processes.

Designs test scenarios from acceptance criteria, automates backend API and frontend testing, documents test processes and results, develops complex test cases and automation frameworks, and contributes to QA strategy for microservices and CI/CD environments. Collaborates with developers and product managers in Scrum teams while maintaining test cases, code quality, reviews, and build processes.

Design, build, and deploy CV and NLP ML systems for document and content intelligence. Convert prototypes to production, optimize models (including LLMs), run evaluations, build scalable APIs, and document architectures and pipelines while staying current with ML research.

Manage third-party risk and support ISMS activities: respond to client security questionnaires, maintain security evidence, perform vendor risk assessments, assist compliance for ISO/SOC2 certifications, support business continuity and controls testing, and drive technology risk remediation with stakeholders.

Lead design and development of scalable Python backend systems and APIs, own architecture, mentor engineers, drive best practices, ensure performance, reliability, security, testing, CI/CD, and resolve production issues.

Design, build, and maintain highly scalable Python backend services. Deliver extensible APIs, participate in TDD, CI/CD and microservices practices, troubleshoot production issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and assess feature requests to improve platform operational efficiency.
