Lead planning and delivery of large-scale telecommunications construction projects (fiber, small cell, wireless towers). Oversee scheduling, budgeting, risk, permitting, subcontractors, contract negotiation, PQP implementation, and client communications. Provide strategic direction, optimize performance, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while pursuing new project opportunities and managing cross-functional teams.

Performs aerial telecommunications construction, including strand and hardware installation, fiber optic cable placement, pole transfers, and cable lashing. Leads the pursuit and delivery of complex institutional and defence construction projects valued at $100M to $1B+. Oversees the full project lifecycle, including preconstruction, procurement, construction, commissioning, closeout, project controls, contract administration, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting. Supports business development, proposals, client negotiations, and strategic capture planning while leading multidisciplinary teams and mentoring senior project leaders across Ontario.

Leads engineering, optimization, security, automation, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms. Oversees cloud infrastructure, migrations, modernization, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, resilience, disaster recovery, cost optimization, and complex troubleshooting. Provides technical leadership, mentors cloud engineers, establishes governance and engineering standards, and collaborates with architects, cybersecurity, application teams, vendors, and business stakeholders on strategic cloud initiatives.

Conduct highway patrols and inspections, monitor and document roadway conditions, identify hazards and infrastructure deficiencies, respond to incidents, and perform minor maintenance such as debris removal, sign straightening, repairs, and cleanup. The role communicates priorities to maintenance teams, assists with general highway maintenance, supports emergency response, and promotes health, safety, and environmental standards while working outdoors and traveling throughout assigned highway areas.

Install, align, assemble, inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial mechanical equipment on a major expansion project. Read blueprints, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings; perform precision equipment setting; support rigging and hoisting; safely operate tools; complete FLHAs; and follow site safety, permit, and lockout/tagout procedures.
