Manage mechanical and electrical aspects of multi-disciplinary commercial and residential construction projects. Develop and execute project plans and schedules, review MEP designs, manage procurement, tendering, clash detection, change requests, commissioning, and ensure compliance with codes, quality, and safety standards.

Lead application of Health, Safety & Environment practices on project sites. Conduct hazard assessments, audits, incident investigations, data analysis, and mentor HSE staff. Provide on-site guidance, manage occupational injury/illness processes, and recommend corrective actions to improve safety performance.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor for divisional business units: advise on performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation; partner with HR COEs to deliver integrated solutions; drive root cause analyses and improvement initiatives; ensure consistent application of HR policies and build relationships across HR and business leaders.

Lead enterprise network operations, strategy, and continuous improvement across LAN/WAN, wireless, VPN, Azure networking, and Fortinet security. Provide technical and functional leadership, manage vendors/ISPs, drive incident/problem/change management, deliver root cause analysis, and implement scalable, secure solutions to improve network performance, reliability, and operational maturity.

Lead operational strategy and day-to-day enterprise network operations (LAN/WAN, wireless, VPN, Azure networking, Fortinet). Drive incident/problem/change management, vendor/ISP relationships, root-cause analysis, automation, and continuous improvement. Provide technical and people leadership to Network Engineers and partner with cloud, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to ensure secure, resilient, scalable network services aligned with business objectives.

Lead and manage project document control for complex construction and engineering projects. Develop and enforce document control procedures, configure and audit EDMS, maintain registers/transmittals, coordinate reviews and approvals, support field teams, mentor document control staff, and drive process improvements to ensure compliance and timely access to current project documentation.

Lead delivery and operations of enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) services. Manage IAM initiatives, vendor selection, stakeholder workshops, policy and process design, identity lifecycle, access reviews, privileged access, and team leadership to ensure secure, compliant, and auditable access aligned to business priorities.

Process and audit billable transactions, manage accounts receivable and billing preparation, produce recurring and ad-hoc financial reports, maintain secure filing, support tool/process improvements, and liaise with project teams and clients to resolve billing issues.

Lead site-based foundations projects from planning through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, teams, subcontractors, client relationships, risk mitigation, contract administration, safety, and quality to deliver piling, deep foundations, and ground improvement works.

Support the Claims Manager through the full claims lifecycle: report and investigate claims (auto, property, liability, builders risk), coordinate with insurers, brokers and internal stakeholders, manage RMIS intake, analyze claims data to identify trends, lead claim review meetings, and recommend process improvements to drive timely resolution and settlements.

Perform scheduled highway patrols and inspections, monitor and report roadway hazards and infrastructure defects using electronic field tools, conduct minor maintenance and hazard mitigation, assist maintenance crews, respond to emergencies, and support health, safety, and environmental standards.

Manage claims from notice of loss to settlement: report to insurers, investigate self-insured claims, coordinate stakeholders and adjusters, maintain RMIS intake, analyze claims data, lead claim review meetings, and recommend process improvements.

Coordinate and track project phases for telecom site acquisition, maintain project logs and financial trackers, produce WIP and performance reports, support cost tracking and change management, collaborate with project teams and stakeholders, and assist with forecasts and earned value metrics to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery.

Lead planning and delivery of large-scale telecommunications construction projects (fiber, small cell, wireless towers). Oversee scheduling, budgeting, risk, permitting, subcontractors, contract negotiation, PQP implementation, and client communications. Provide strategic direction, optimize performance, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while pursuing new project opportunities and managing cross-functional teams.

Lead construction delivery of a new transit station, managing civil, structural, architectural, and MEP scopes; coordinate stakeholders, schedules, budgets, quality, safety, change control, commissioning, and project closeout to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.

Lead and deliver IAM initiatives and ongoing operations across the enterprise. Oversee solution selection and implementation, stakeholder workshops, identity lifecycle, access reviews, privileged access, policy and controls, team leadership, and continuous improvement to meet security, compliance, and business objectives.

Design detailed outside plant (aerial and/or underground) fiber and copper networks (FTTH/GPON); create constructible designs, BOMs, quotes, and power one-line schematics; perform site walks, field checks, QC, and support construction teams while collaborating with engineering under the Design Manager.

Operate Dash 8 aircraft safely and efficiently for passenger charters and cargo transport. Perform pre-flight inspections and post-flight duties, maintain professional representation, comply with safety culture and testing requirements, and work schedules based on charter operations.

Manage telecom site acquisition including lease negotiations, zoning and permitting, easements and surveys, SCIP development, budgeting and scheduling, coordinating with engineering and survey teams, and stakeholder relations to secure site approvals for network projects.
