Operate mid- to large-sized loaders, telehandlers, and excavators on ongoing industrial maintenance work at Suncor Baseplant. Responsibilities include pre-use walk-arounds, daily equipment inspections, reporting maintenance and safety concerns, and compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements. The role requires working day and night shifts on a 14/7 rotation and successfully completing pre-access drug and alcohol testing.

Operate sideboom equipment to lift, move, align, and lower pipeline sections according to lift plans and site procedures. Work with other operators, maintain equipment stability on challenging terrain, conduct inspections, identify hazards, and report maintenance or safety concerns. The role requires three years of sideboom experience, capacity-chart and rigging knowledge, safety commitment, drug and alcohol testing, outdoor work, and a 14-days-on/14-days-off camp schedule.

Operate 594 and 587 sidebooms to safely lift and move pipe for fabrication and assembly at Suncor Baseplant. Responsibilities include coordinating with other operators, following lift plans and site procedures, completing equipment inspections, identifying maintenance or safety concerns, and complying with health, safety, and environmental requirements. The role requires three years of sideboom operating experience, rigging and capacity-chart knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and successful pre-access drug and alcohol testing.
