Certified AME responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, documentation, and repairs on Bell 412 (and Bell 212) helicopters. Ensure all work meets airworthiness standards, support 12-hour daily operations, collaborate with crew and a small maintenance team to maintain aircraft availability and safety for an air ambulance program.

Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on a Bell 412 helicopter and components, ensure compliance with airworthiness standards and accurate documentation, assist with structural and avionics repairs, and coordinate with flight crew and a three-person maintenance team to support 7-day, 12-hour daily operations.

Perform structural repairs, steel installation, rigging, hoisting, alignment, bolt-up and torquing during fast-paced shutdowns and turnarounds. Interpret drawings, follow lift plans, permits and LOTO, maintain productivity on extended shifts, and pass pre-access drug and alcohol testing.
