Oversees planning, scheduling, budgets, resources, permitting, risk, quality, safety, subcontractors, suppliers, client communications, contracts, change orders, and project reporting. Also provides strategic direction, leads cross-functional teams, pursues new project opportunities, and ensures compliance with telecom construction standards.
