Serve as the CEO's right hand to manage the CEO agenda, prepare board and executive materials, lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, synthesize research and briefing materials, build relationships across the ELT, and advise on organizational priorities. Lead finance for M&A activity including due diligence, valuation, synergy and working-capital modeling, and post-close financial integration. Partner with Corporate Development and business leaders to translate deal assumptions into pro forma plans, manage integration accounting, and support capital allocation and investor-facing reporting. Work hands-on in a large, mature C++ (Windows/MFC) codebase to own and modernize features and subsystems, refactor legacy components, optimize performance-sensitive spectral algorithms, and collaborate with engineers and domain experts to ensure correctness, maintainability, and backward compatibility.

Manage manuscripts through the editorial lifecycle for Health Sciences, Public Health, and Dentistry. Oversee peer review, select reviewers, evaluate reports and revisions, make editorial decisions, flag integrity concerns, and support cross-functional projects and training.
