Manage post-sale customer relationships to maximize digital implementation, usage, retention, and expansion. Train faculty, support LMS/LTI integrations, run pilots, monitor adoption and usage, collaborate with field sales to reconfirm business, reduce churn, and update account intelligence in Salesforce/SFDC.

Lead the Accessibility Solutions team to develop and maintain a Digital Accessibility Maturity Model, manage VPAT audits and remediation roadmaps, provide training and developer guidance on WCAG/WAI-ARIA, create accessible content templates, consult on accessibility legislation and procurement, and advocate accessibility culture across the organization.

Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications, backend services, APIs and cloud-native SaaS platforms. Work in Agile cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure software, participate in CI/CD, testing, code reviews, production troubleshooting, and contribute to architecture, performance improvements, and platform modernization.
