Serve as the CEO's right hand to manage the CEO agenda, prepare board and executive materials, lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, synthesize research and briefing materials, build relationships across the ELT, and advise on organizational priorities. Drive enterprise planning, track strategic project progress, remove roadblocks, and represent the CEO on key workstreams while operating through influence and discretion.

Manage customer success programs including onboarding, engagement, health monitoring, metrics tracking, training, and CRM system support. Develop processes, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Act as strategic partner and chief of staff to Partner Solutions leadership, drive strategic planning and transformation, translate priorities into actionable plans, lead change management and communications, coordinate cross-functional alignment with Product, Technology, AI & Data Analytics and Research Publishing, support reporting and decision-making using BI and AI tools, and coordinate leadership activities and customer-facing events.
