Provides operational coordination for an editorial management solutions team, including communications, meetings, shared workspaces, feedback repositories, pilot and release tracking, documentation, and stakeholder follow-up. Supports screening projects and maintains accurate records through completion while collaborating with global teams across time zones.

Prepare monthly journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, escalate and resolve discrepancies, maintain SOX controls, and generate standard financial reports. The role requires accounting knowledge, ERP transaction and reporting experience, advanced Excel and Access skills, and flexibility to work shifts. It operates with limited supervision and may provide informal guidance to less experienced colleagues.

Supports statutory financial statement preparation, audit coordination, regulatory filings, tax reporting, SOX controls, and compliance activities across EMEA and APAC entities. The role manages audit deliverables, evaluates accounting standards, supports finance process improvements, prepares KPI reporting, and collaborates with global finance teams, senior stakeholders, and external auditors.
