Work directly with the Managing Partner across operations, recruiting, client delivery, proposals, AI research, finance, events, and special projects. Conduct research, prepare executive materials, coordinate cross-team projects, support recruiting/onboarding, improve processes, and travel for conferences and client meetings (~25%).

Early-career role supporting marketing, growth, and operations: create and schedule content, assist lead generation, analyze performance, maintain website and brand consistency, support leadership with presentations and project coordination, manage vendor/subscription logistics, attend conferences, and assist CRM and internal documentation.
