  • Track internal commitments, deadlines, and follow-ups across multiple workstreams.
  • Capture insights from leadership discussions and help move ideas from concept to execution.

Sales and Marketing Operations

  • Coordinate with vendors, manage subscriptions and tools, and support internal communications.
  • Coordinate logistics for conferences including booth and materials shipping and assembly
  • Attend industry conferences and represent company at events
  • Help organize and prepare for team meetings, workshops, and client engagements.
  • Ensure internal documentation is organized, accurate, and accessible.
  • Assist with CRM updates and client outreach tracking.

  • Your own bag of tricks on how to use AI as a tool in your marketing role making you work smarter and more efficiently while maintaining a high quality and impact of the design output.
  • Comfortable working with LinkedIn, basic website or email platforms, and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.).
