Owns quality systems, food safety governance, audits, compliance, and partner relationships across Finlays’ third-party manufacturing network. Responsibilities include market research, account-based marketing, pricing, packaging, sampling, sales enablement, customer insights, campaign support, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Operations, Finance, Engineering, Quality, and Sales. The role also assists with product development, SKU rationalization, customer meetings, trade shows, and post-launch feedback while following food safety and manufacturing requirements.

The Director of Quality Control leads quality initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring compliance with standards, managing teams and budgets, and driving quality and safety improvements.
