Collaborates with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and external manufacturers to identify risks, drive corrective actions, and embed quality throughout product commercialization. The role is hybrid in Glenview, Illinois, with approximately 30% travel to manufacturing sites.

Supports go-to-market strategies and launches for juice-based products. Responsibilities include market research, account-based marketing, pricing, packaging, sampling, sales enablement, customer insights, campaign support, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Operations, Finance, Engineering, Quality, and Sales. The role also assists with product development, SKU rationalization, customer meetings, trade shows, and post-launch feedback while following food safety and manufacturing requirements.

The Director of Quality Control leads quality initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring compliance with standards, managing teams and budgets, and driving quality and safety improvements.

The AP Specialist will manage all accounts payable processes including data entry, invoice verification, vendor communications, and payment processing while assisting the finance team with monthly closings.

Drive process optimization, commissioning, validation, and startup of liquid manufacturing systems (blending, CIP, HTST). Lead capital projects, maintain P&IDs, ensure process safety (PHR, LOPA), compliance with food safety/GMP, and implement automation and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

Manage and deliver sustainability expertise within global supply chain. Lead supplier sustainability onboarding, traceability, training, audits and SRM program development. Support customer engagement, reporting, compliance, and cross‑functional capacity building across US, UK and Kenya teams.
