The HR Generalist manages employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, HRIS data, compliance, training, and workforce development at a beverage manufacturing facility. The role investigates employee concerns, supports managers, maintains HR policies and records, prepares workforce metrics, coordinates benefits and training, and contributes to engagement, safety, retention, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role also requires adherence to GMP, HACCP, SQF, food safety, security, and workplace safety procedures in an office and production facility environment.

Leads corporate brand strategy, enterprise communications, executive communications, media relations, reputation management, crisis communications, and stakeholder engagement. Advises the CEO and senior leadership, oversees internal and external content, establishes brand governance and communications standards, manages media relationships and external partners, and develops KPIs for brand awareness, employee engagement, executive visibility, and reputation.

Supports go-to-market strategies and launches for juice-based products. Responsibilities include market research, account-based marketing, pricing, packaging, sampling, sales enablement, customer insights, campaign support, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Operations, Finance, Engineering, Quality, and Sales. The role also assists with product development, SKU rationalization, customer meetings, trade shows, and post-launch feedback while following food safety and manufacturing requirements.

The AP Specialist will manage all accounts payable processes including data entry, invoice verification, vendor communications, and payment processing while assisting the finance team with monthly closings.
