Leads corporate brand strategy, enterprise communications, executive communications, media relations, reputation management, crisis communications, and stakeholder engagement. Advises the CEO and senior leadership, oversees internal and external content, establishes brand governance and communications standards, manages media relationships and external partners, and develops KPIs for brand awareness, employee engagement, executive visibility, and reputation.

The Chief Operations Officer will lead global manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, engineering, sustainability, and health and safety across seven factories in the United States, UK, and Kenya. Responsibilities include executing growth strategy, improving manufacturing efficiency and quality, developing teams, managing multi-region operations, supporting facility expansion, integrating acquisitions, and ensuring compliance with food safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.

Owns quality systems, food safety governance, audits, compliance, and partner relationships across Finlays’ third-party manufacturing network. Develops QA/QC programs, manages supplier onboarding, investigates nonconformances and complaints, maintains customer and regulatory documentation, and leads quality engagements. Collaborates with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and external manufacturers to identify risks, drive corrective actions, and embed quality throughout product commercialization. The role is hybrid in Glenview, Illinois, with approximately 30% travel to manufacturing sites.
