Provides on-site IT support for employees and equipment, including desktops, laptops, servers, printers, network devices, phone systems, and wireless access points. Troubleshoots hardware and software issues, gathers problem information, resolves incidents using technical resources, escalates when needed, and documents and tracks tickets. Supports Outlook, Windows, Word, Excel, and other desktop applications while working under immediate supervision.

Implements enterprise cryptographic strategy and post-quantum readiness through certificate automation, DigiCert self-service, PKI integrations, and cryptographic asset inventories. Builds certificate lifecycle workflows across cloud, CI/CD, infrastructure, and application environments; establishes CBOMs; remediates certificate and cryptographic risks; develops runbooks and dashboards; and supports crypto-agility, PQC migration planning, and technical adoption across global teams.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects spanning data management, governance, integration, analytics, infrastructure, and COTS operational management system implementation. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, vendors, contracts, stakeholders, documentation, and cross-functional teams. Coordinate Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery through procurement, development, integration, and production launch while reporting progress and issues to senior leadership.

Leads strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle execution for enterprise data products, including curated datasets, analytics platforms, data lakes, and infrastructure. Partners with engineering, data science, analytics, architecture, and business teams to define requirements, prioritize work, ensure data quality and governance, and measure adoption. Translates technical concepts into business outcomes, supports migration from legacy systems, manages stakeholders, and promotes compliant, ethical data use.

Manage and maintain Microsoft-focused systems and network infrastructure, including Windows Servers, Active Directory/Azure AD, Microsoft 365, virtualization and Intune. Oversee networking (routing, switching, VPNs, Wi‑Fi), security controls (Defender, MFA, conditional access), vulnerability remediation, and incident response. Provide hands-on technical leadership, vendor/partner coordination, documentation, and project management for infrastructure improvements.
