The Measurement Specialist II ensures product quality by performing inspections, documenting results, and collaborating with teams in aerospace manufacturing.

Leads budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, variance analysis, KPI reporting, and financial decision support for Agile and Production business units in the United States and Netherlands. Partners with senior leadership, Corporate FP&A, Revenue Operations, and site leaders on headcount, revenue, capital planning, business cases, reporting, and process improvements. Presents financial insights and recommendations while ensuring standardized planning and compliance.

Manage and maintain Microsoft-focused systems and network infrastructure, including Windows Servers, Active Directory/Azure AD, Microsoft 365, virtualization and Intune. Oversee networking (routing, switching, VPNs, Wi‑Fi), security controls (Defender, MFA, conditional access), vulnerability remediation, and incident response. Provide hands-on technical leadership, vendor/partner coordination, documentation, and project management for infrastructure improvements.
