Support migration of fundraising and constituent data from Blackbaud Raiser's Edge into a SQL staging database for future Neon CRM implementation. Responsibilities include extracting, cleaning, standardizing, mapping, and validating records; identifying duplicates and data-quality issues; developing SQL validation queries; documenting schemas, transformation rules, workflows, and data dictionaries; resolving exceptions with staff; and preparing validated datasets and migration documentation.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects spanning data management, governance, integration, analytics, infrastructure, and COTS operational management system implementation. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, vendors, contracts, stakeholders, documentation, and cross-functional teams. Coordinate Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery through procurement, development, integration, and production launch while reporting progress and issues to senior leadership.

Leads strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle execution for enterprise data products, including curated datasets, analytics platforms, data lakes, and infrastructure. Partners with engineering, data science, analytics, architecture, and business teams to define requirements, prioritize work, ensure data quality and governance, and measure adoption. Translates technical concepts into business outcomes, supports migration from legacy systems, manages stakeholders, and promotes compliant, ethical data use.
