Supports inbound and outbound transportation operations by monitoring shipments, analyzing logistics data, maintaining KPI dashboards, improving routes and processes, managing carrier relationships, and supporting transportation projects. The role uses SAP TMS and transportation management systems to optimize shipment movement, service levels, compliance, and costs. It also contributes to Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, carrier performance reviews, contract and SLA evaluations, RFPs, and supply chain policy development.

Leads complex workplace investigations, interviews stakeholders, assesses evidence, prepares findings, and advises on complaint resolution, mediation, and workplace restoration. Ensures compliance with human rights, occupational health and safety, accessibility, collective agreement, and organizational requirements. Develops investigation tools, training, policies, and reporting frameworks; manages external investigators; analyzes complaint trends and outcomes; maintains confidential records; and provides expert guidance to HR partners and business leaders.

Design and maintain people analytics data pipelines, models, semantic layers, and Power BI dashboards. Develop predictive workforce analytics, forecasting, talent segmentation, and organizational health metrics. Partner with HR, technology, business leaders, and vendors to improve data quality, governance, privacy, and reporting. Translate workforce trends into strategic insights and compelling storytelling for planning, talent management, DEI, compliance, and executive decision-making.

Leads risk-based internal audit and advisory projects throughout the audit cycle. Responsibilities include defining audit scope, assessing risks and controls, preparing audit plans, reviewing workpapers, validating findings with management, monitoring project progress, and coaching auditors. The role requires applying IIA standards, audit methodologies, data analytics, process mapping, and audit management software while supervising audit teams.

Analyzes logistics and supply chain processes, operational performance, and vendor results. Builds dashboards and reports, conducts site audits, identifies trends and data issues, performs process mapping and advanced analytics, and recommends improvements. The role supports inventory and order management, compliance, cost reduction, customer service, and continuous improvement while presenting findings to stakeholders. It requires collaboration with internal teams, warehouse-environment comfort, and local travel to partner sites for oversight, training, and performance reviews.

Leads the LCBO’s ICFR documentation, process analysis, control testing, remediation, and workflow optimization programs. The role serves as the subject matter expert for financial and operational controls, creates process narratives, flowcharts, and risk-control matrices, coordinates remediation with control owners, and supports internal testing and external audits. It also manages stakeholders, staff, concurrent priorities, and ad hoc process requests while applying frameworks such as COSO, SOX, and NI 52-109.
