Designs and governs scalable technical solutions across SAP FICO, Concur, SAP CAR, and Oracle Cloud EPM. Partners with business stakeholders, business analysts, platform teams, and IT leadership to translate requirements into technical specifications, guide implementation, conduct design reviews, manage governance, and optimize solutions. Communicates progress, risks, and decisions while promoting architecture best practices and continuous improvement.

Provides technical, analytical, and operational support for LIMS and Quality Assurance applications. Configures and maintains systems, defines requirements, maps processes, coordinates technology initiatives, develops test plans, supports implementations, creates dashboards and reports, analyzes data, and recommends process improvements. The role also prepares documentation and training, advises management, mentors users, and collaborates with IT and Quality Assurance stakeholders.

Provides administrative support to a high-volume Talent Acquisition team, including candidate communications, interview scheduling, background checks, offer packages, onboarding documentation, HRIS updates, reporting, invoice processing, and recruitment file maintenance. The role supports candidate and employee experiences, responds to inquiries, assists with process improvements, and collaborates with People Operations, HR business partners, and other HR centers of excellence.
