Lead the creative development and execution of kidMinistry weekend gatherings across locations. Responsibilities include coordinating planning, directing staff and volunteers, developing age-appropriate content, monitoring cultural trends, and creating storyboards, scripts, and direction for weekly and special videos in partnership with Communications. The role also serves as the aesthetic and creative vision for ministry series and major initiatives while supporting the organization’s mission and values.

Manages recruiting and hiring administration, including applicant tracking, interview scheduling, assessments, background checks, job postings, hiring metrics, onboarding, transitions, offboarding, and exit interviews. Supports recruiting leaders and hiring managers by maintaining HR systems, updating job descriptions, coordinating offers, ensuring confidentiality, and improving hiring processes and candidate experiences.

Administers employee benefits, HRIS data, and payroll preparation for a 300-person, multi-location organization. Responsibilities include benefits enrollment, payroll reconciliation, employee data maintenance, compliance with ACA, COBRA, FMLA, and wage laws, vendor coordination, invoice review, reporting, audits, and employee support. The role also provides benefits education, maintains confidential records, supports open enrollment, resolves payroll and benefits issues, and improves processes to enhance employee experience.
