Lead campus next-step ministries by connecting with attendees, growing small group engagement, recruiting and developing leaders and volunteers, overseeing care ministries, baptisms, generosity initiatives, and teaching Next Steps classes. Partner with campus pastor on planning, goals, and development.

Oversee weekend and midweek gatherings, ensure smooth distraction-free services, maintain processes, build and train volunteer teams, foster community relationships, move attendees to next faith steps, provide pastoral care, attend staff meetings, and support location growth targets.
