Administers employee benefits, HRIS data, and payroll preparation for a 300-person, multi-location organization. Responsibilities include benefits enrollment, payroll reconciliation, employee data maintenance, compliance with ACA, COBRA, FMLA, and wage laws, vendor coordination, invoice review, reporting, audits, and employee support. The role also provides benefits education, maintains confidential records, supports open enrollment, resolves payroll and benefits issues, and improves processes to enhance employee experience.

Lead and implement kidMinistry at the Harrisburg campus, manage programs, systems, and volunteers, cast vision to grow attendance, develop leaders and maintain volunteer-to-kid ratios, and actively engage families on weekends and Monday nights.

Provide front-desk hospitality, coordinate office operations, supplies, mail, and facilities; lead and develop volunteer teams; support staff culture and events; manage data cleanup and basic church-management software tasks; assist Accounting and other departments with administrative projects.
