The Senior Mechanical Engineer leads mechanical design and analysis for power systems, performs FEA and CFD simulations, validates designs, and supports manufacturing integration while mentoring junior engineers.

Plan and manage service production schedules, coordinate with production, sales, and purchasing, monitor and adjust schedules for material or capacity changes, manage resources and inventory to prevent shortages, generate production reports, and resolve production issues to maintain on-time delivery and efficient operations.

Coordinate planning, scheduling, and material readiness for new product launches. Translate master schedules into shop floor work orders, manage procurement and inventory, identify and mitigate supply chain risks, and produce project status and improvement reports while collaborating cross-functionally.

The EHS Coordinator is responsible for enforcing safety compliance, conducting inspections, leading incident investigations, and managing EHS documentation and training in a manufacturing environment.

Lead global electronics sourcing and supply chain strategy for components, PCB assemblies, EMS partners, and distributors. Build resilient supplier ecosystems across Asia, North America, and Europe, drive executive negotiations and long-term agreements, anticipate market and allocation risks, implement supply assurance and risk-management frameworks, optimize total cost through value engineering and make/buy analysis, and partner cross-functionally to align supply strategy with product roadmaps and customer commitments.

Design, implement, and manage onboarding, upskilling, and technical training programs for manufacturing and service teams. Enhance tech support model, create train-the-trainer modules, track training effectiveness, maintain records, and partner with HR, safety, and external schools to build talent pipelines and improve retention and productivity.

Manage end-to-end, high-volume recruiting for hourly production associates onsite. Own sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring decisions, large-scale hiring events, talent pipelines, metrics tracking, compliance, and onboarding coordination to meet aggressive staffing targets.

Lead full-cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding. Build proactive candidate pipelines, use ATS and sourcing tools, advise hiring managers on talent strategy and compensation, analyze recruiting metrics, and support employer branding and recruiting events to attract and retain top talent.

Design and develop mechanical systems and components for power distribution products. Perform 3D CAD modeling (Solid Edge), material selection, prototyping, BOM generation, sheet metal and mold/fixture design, and participate in design reviews, manufacturing engineering, and QA/QC processes.

Lead multi-site warehouse, dock, and transportation operations including scheduling, inbound/outbound shipments, freight management, and dock coordination. Supervise transportation coordinators, drivers, and logistics staff while optimizing routes, monitoring freight costs, ensuring documentation accuracy, supporting international trade, and driving continuous improvement using ERP data and reporting.
