Assists customer project teams with mechanical design of power distribution equipment. Creates 3D models, sheet metal enclosures, technical drawings, flat patterns, BOMs, and assembly instructions using Solid Edge. Collaborates with production on design for manufacturing, cost reduction, and assembly optimization while maintaining CAD libraries and modeling standards. Own the full software lifecycle for embedded real-time power systems, including requirements, architecture, coding, testing, QA, maintenance, defect fixes, and product lifecycle management.
