Supports warehouse and material flow operations within a manufacturing facility. Designs warehouse layouts, improves receiving-to-shipping workflows, develops kitting and replenishment processes, and optimizes storage capacity and material presentation. Applies Lean tools to reduce inefficiencies, improve accuracy and throughput, and maintain ERP/MRP inventory accuracy. Collaborates with logistics, production, planning, procurement, and quality teams while developing SOPs, training materials, labeling systems, and safe, ergonomic material handling practices.

Designs and improves manufacturing processes, assembly layouts, material flow, tooling, work instructions, and production systems. Supports new product introduction, validation, testing, capacity planning, root-cause analysis, lean initiatives, ERP integration, quality compliance, safety, ergonomics, and capital projects. Partners closely with production, quality, supply chain, and engineering teams to improve throughput, cycle time, reliability, and workplace safety.

Creates and maintains standard operating procedures, work instructions, technical manuals, training materials, and process documentation for manufacturing operations. Interviews subject matter experts, translates complex technical information into accessible content, manages revisions and version control, ensures documentation accuracy and compliance, and identifies documentation gaps and process improvements. Collaborates with operations, engineering, quality, safety, and training teams in an on-site manufacturing environment.
