Provides administrative support across departments by managing calendars, meetings, documentation, records, communications, customer interactions, leadership priorities, filing systems, process improvements, and corporate events. The role requires professionalism, confidentiality, organization, accuracy, adaptability, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Creates 2D mechanical drawings, 3D models, circuit schematics, bills of material, and technical documentation from engineer-developed designs. Supports engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams through accurate documentation, revision control, engineering change processes, and PLM workflow management. Collaborates with engineers and other stakeholders to review drawings, maintain product data, and uphold drafting standards and product requirements.

Develop and maintain customer relationships while generating and qualifying sales opportunities for power distribution equipment and services. Prepare quotes, proposals, and bid packages; follow up to secure orders; support outside sales; manage CRM activities; coordinate orders and deliveries; and collaborate with engineering and operations on customer-specific solutions. The role serves data centers, industrial customers, utilities, contractors, and other critical-infrastructure organizations while meeting sales and pipeline objectives.
