Support project scheduling, troubleshooting, technical initiatives, and mission-critical command and control capabilities.

Coordinates concurrent federal, state, and commercial projects by tracking timelines, budgets, deliverables, invoices, labor hours, correspondence, meetings, and action items. Supports recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, access and badging for cleared personnel, document control, contract metrics, and past performance reporting. Requires federal contracting knowledge, IT program support experience, project management platform proficiency, and an active Secret clearance or higher.

Administer and troubleshoot VMware virtualization, networking, and storage environments supporting a DoD missile defense test environment. Responsibilities include root-cause analysis, vulnerability remediation, patching, backups, monitoring, upgrades, virtual machine deployment and migration, NSX configuration, vSAN administration, system auditing, documentation, and customer briefings. The role requires collaboration with network, systems, and cybersecurity teams, independent execution, occasional off-shift support, and active DoD Secret clearance.

Administer and troubleshoot VMware Cloud Foundation environments supporting a DoD missile defense test environment. Responsibilities include configuring vSphere, NSX, and vSAN; deploying virtual machines; patching, upgrading, monitoring, backing up, and restoring systems; remediating vulnerabilities; conducting root-cause analysis; reviewing audit logs; documenting changes; and advising government customers on optimization. The role requires collaboration with network and cybersecurity teams, independent work, customer briefings, and occasional off-shift or weekend support.

Operate a 24/7 Global Network Operations and Security Center: monitor network, systems and cloud environments; perform incident management and escalation; coordinate change management during rotating shifts; support MDA cybersecurity, O&M metrics, and communicate status to executive management and the government customer.
